Silver Galvanized Steel Welded Mesh Rolls for Construction Work
Production process:
Galvanized welded mesh rolls is welded with high-quality low-carbon steel wire, and then the surface is passivated by cold plating (electroplating) or hot plating. Electric galvanized welded mesh has flat mesh, even mesh, firm welding points, good local machining performance, stability, good weather resistance and good corrosion resistance.
Production application:
Galvanized welded mesh is mainly used for external walls of general buildings, concrete pouring, high-rise residential buildings, etc. It plays an important structural role in the thermal insulation system. During construction, the galvanized welded grid polystyrene board is placed inside the external formwork of the external wall to be poured. The external insulation board and the wall survive at one time. After the formwork is removed, the insulation board and the wall are integrated.
Cautions for construction of galvanized welded wire mesh rolls:
1. For the purpose of preventing wall cracking, attention shall be paid to: when selecting the electric welding mesh, the wire mesh with smaller diameter (generally 0.4~0.8mm wire diameter) and dense mesh size (generally 6~20mm square regular hole) shall be used (special attention: most products are electric galvanized welding mesh wire mesh), which shall be laid in the wall plastering layer.
2. In order to prevent the wall from falling off and hollowing, attention should be paid to: square hole wire mesh with a diameter of 1.2~4.0mm and a mesh of 50~150mm (most products are galvanized welded wire mesh) should be laid in the wall plastering layer.
